I love this. I have had similar approved in an apartment common area. I can’t pull up the location from the screenshot to look around on maps to verify the location but it looks like a common area.
I have not appealed one of these, but if your community won’t accept it, I would try it. Be sure to explain how this is a destination designed for being social in the community.
I usually try to submit at least twice before I use an appeal. If you resubmit, you might consider added a link in the supporting section to the clarification that common areas of apartment communities are eligible: Private Residences, Farmland & K-12
