Hello Niantic team,

My submission “Hươu gỗ nghệ thuật – Ngọc Bảo Viên” was rejected for “abuse, ridicule, or harassment of a specific person or group,” but I believe this is a misunderstanding.

This is a public wooden sculpture of a deer, permanently installed in the Ngọc Bảo Viên urban area. It is an artistic decoration with cultural value, located in a safe pedestrian-friendly zone, encouraging exploration and community engagement. The sculpture does not contain any text, symbols, or imagery targeting or ridiculing any person or group.

I kindly request a review of this nomination, as it meets Niantic’s criteria for visually unique, permanent public art and a safe, accessible location for the community.

I think the problem here is that it doesn’t look permanent. It looks like it is placed there to advertise the building and could easily be moved indoors or removed completely very easily.

Aaron has explained that rejection reason shows up when the nomination has been flagged for abuse. It isn’t necessarily something in the text. Is this your photo? Did you misplace the pin?

I can backup this that the text is fine, probably potentially a misplacement of the pin.
