There is a wayspot titled “O Say Can You See” for a painted mural, but about 60-70% of the mural had worn off. Would this qualify as a Wayspot no longer existing? Or does it still count because the w mural is partially there? I am attaching photos of the current Wayspot photo, and what it looks like now.
That depends on how local government /community handle it. Often mural got repainted , so what you need is simply upload new foto and/or new title. This doesnt considered as repurposing(only applicable to mural)
