This is as intended so I’ve been told and not really much we can do about it so it’s not a bug on the system unfortunately.
Once you submit your Wayspot nomination it’s at the mercy of “the system” which is made up of the Machine Learning System,Niantic staff and us miserable lot in the community all over the world.
It could be there is a lack of reviewers in France that’s why you are still “in voting” and I know how this feels myself as I was stuck for 6 weeks before it got picked up and then rejected but in the meantime a local Pokémon player decided to submit the same thing I did a month later and 2 days later it got approved.
So while I like to have a little moan about this from time to time sadly it does happen like this…I even had an upgrade I was about to use but decided to trust the community system.
So just be patient for now and hopefully you will get a good reaction from “the system” in time.
