Your issue seems to be that your nomination has been in voting for a few weeks. This is normal behaviour. It can take some time for a decision to be reached. A while back it wasn’t uncommon for nominations in some locations to take 2 years or longer.
Since the introduction of the Machine Learning, this has cut down waiting times in a lot of places, but it’s still not unheard of for nominations to take a couple of months sometimes.
You can review other people’s nominations to earn an upgrade for your own nominations, which gets them seen by a wider audience. However, I would not necessarily suggest that for this nomination, as I can see people in the picture, as well as potentially a visible licence plate, both of which could lead to your nomination being rejected.

It’s not easy to tell from the screenshot of your nomination but it does look as though there may be identifiable people and possibly car licence plates. Both of these would be reasons to reject.
