Well-preserved examples of urban architectural history like this are rare and deserve to be preserved.
As an example, just a few streets away there is a Wayspot that was photographed in exactly the same way — with a distracting car in the picture — and it was still accepted. Here is the example.

You’re talking about a “listed historic” building. I bet your chances would increase if you could add a link to validate your claim.
I’m also german and being from around 1900 isn’t very rare around me. You should give your nomination more relevant details why this specific building is diffrent and worth a wayspot.
I know that by looking on the map there’re many “questionable” wayspots around but they’re never good to compare. Rules have changed over time, some were wrongly accepted and once they’re in, the rules for deletion are way more strict so the most stay.
We dont know AI work and probably never will because it will be abused. Frankly i am struggling to see whats great to explore/socialize/exercise about this nomination beside its old. If you believe this is incorrect, you might need to appeal with more convincing evidence. You have 2 appeal. Each with 15 days cooldown
It might look like a private house to the AI, even though there’s clearly a business on the ground floor. Perhaps try to focus the photo more on the plaque rather than the whole building, that might help.
That having been said, as a human reviewer I would struggle to see that this is distinct. Try to find out more about the building. Does it have a name? A history? Add more detail and depth to make it a more interesting wayspot.
