Google is translating this description to “sculpture of a tractor” which is not exactly true. A tractor display that you have can convince is permanent anchored could be eligible.

Is this just an old tractor parked in someone’s yard or on their farm? In that case I would not pursue this.
Is this an old tractor at a museum display? In that case I might try submitting again using a photo that is more cropped to have less background sort of like this
And would include more about why it is interesting in both the description and the supporting.

You can see that it is on a hard slab which helps show this is part of a permanent display. So you should explain that in the supplementary information. If you can take new photographs can you clear away the old grass around the tyres so the hard standing shows better and if possible how it is anchored. This will help with the permanent issue .

As @cyndiepooh said above, I would also suggest reworking your text to say correctly what it is (indeed not a sculpture at all) to improve its chances. And as @elijustrying suggested I would rework the supporting info. Just to complete this advice, I recommend removing mentions of players and instead focus on confirming location, permanence or other concerns reviewers might have.
