That looks like an initial rejection of your submission.
The place to appeal is on the wayfarer contributions page (link at top of this forum to wayfarer) If you have an appeal available it will be there,
Having said that this does not look like something that meets criteria,
The rejection reason in full is temporary, seasonal or not distinct If it is a common object like many others eg a street name plate, then that could be considered not distinct.

This is actually just a mixed used building, with some office/retail space on the main floor, and apartments on the upper floors. This sign is for the building, in English meaning Sun Gate Development, nothing else, and I don’t really see anything that makes it historic. The building itself is ineligible, but there does appear to be some businesses there that may be eligible.
I see a couple restaurants here that, if locally owned and not chains, may be eligible, including Cafeteria Negev Churrería Tradicional and Cafetería Bar Restaurante Puerta Del Sol BARNES. There is also Iglesia Cristiana Fuego Vivo in this building, and churches can make good Wayspots.
