Buenas tardes roli, una en el año 2022 y otra el 29 del mes pasado, parece que mis stop nunca son agregadas, puede ser que mi user tenga problemas?
No pueden haber problemas individuales al user. Pueden ser varias cosas, sinvas en persona, aparecen en el mapa si intentas hacer una contribucion nueva?

I would not try to create a new nomination for one you have had accepted. It will be seen as a Duplicate.
If it is nothing to do with the S2 Cells there is another possibility, a request from the property owner. Only staff would be able to confirm this.
Do go to the location, start as if you are going to create a new nomination, when you get to the map you should see any current wayspots (make sure the toggle, bottom left is on). Any that are not being used will show as an exclamation mark.
