When I look at the attached photos, it appears to me that the pin is submitted in the wrong location.
When it’s so obvious like in those pictures I normally don’t hit the abuse button, I rather would have moved the pin to the correct position and assumed that you where GPS drifting…
Added another street view, and I wouldn’t assume this misslocation would be intentional.
Whilst I also see some nomination in certain areas is always misplaced, or is really pinned in a location favored for someone living in the area.

You say you were banned for no reason, but the notification email should include the way spot you were banned, your nomination, and the reason for the violation.
You should also send an appeal before you appeal this issue on the forum. There is an appeal button at the bottom of the next page from which you can open and send an email form.

indeed the location is not perfect but 10 meters is not huge compared to certain other stops.
I don’t see a suspension on your account. Please refer to the email again to understand the extent of the punishment.
Salut, il y a une différence entre avertissement et ban, comme @NianticAaron t’a expliqué plus haut. En principe tu peux quand même continuer tes activités quand tu cliques sur OK, par opposition à un ban où tu n’aurais plus accès à tes comptes. Il y a aussi une seule proposition qui est indiquée à titre d’exemple dans l’e-mail, mais l’avertissement peut venir d’une examination de nombreuses propositions.
Le commentaire “c’est que 10 mètres” me fait dire que tu ne sais peut-être pas que les propositions doivent être positionnées correctement et correspondre à leur position réelle - juste pour info, je propose de relire les critères sur le positionnement à ce sujet. De nouveau juste pour info, il y a eu des avertissements dans le passé envers les gens qui positionnaient leurs propositions de manière à ce qu’elles apparaissent dans des jeux spécifiques, ce n’est pas toléré.
