Analisei as fotos da solicitação e o local onde solicitei várias vezes durante esses últimos meses , mas não consegui enxergar onde está infringindo as diretrizes do wayfarer.
Solicitei diversos pokestops para minha cidade e nunca me passou pela cabeça a ideia de mandar algo ofensivo que pudesse afetar as minha solicitações, já que em minha cidade cada solicitação conta muito.
Gostaria que analisassem minha suspensão e o motivo dela, pois acho que não tem motivos plausíveis para ela.

Regarding the image criteria mentioned above, the email from Niantic usually states “Malicious image submission”. The criteria clearly specify that copyrighted images should not be submitted. Please keep in mind that almost all images found on the internet belong to the person who took them.Therefore, you cannot download those images and submit them as a cover photo for a Wayspot. Is it possible that this might have happened in your case?
The email should also mention “Misplacement of Wayspot submissions.”

Thank you for clarifying, I thought my image was being interpreted as violent. It must have happened that the image was found on the internet, possibly another person from the city took a similar photo and that’s what happened.
Similar image wont trigger this but if you upload the same image elsewhere, it might trigger this because wayfarer cant distinguish if you upload the same image yourself or you took it from internet.
