I am contacting you regarding the permanent suspension of my Wayfarer account.
I originally received a 30‑day suspension, which I fully respected: I did not log in, I did not submit any new points of interest, and I did not perform any actions on Wayfarer during that period.
I do not understand why this temporary suspension was later escalated to a permanent ban.
I kindly request a manual review of my case. I would like to continue contributing positively to the Wayfarer community, and I am fully committed to following all rules and guidelines.

Did you receive any email regarding permanent suspension? Often people come here because of suspension which come from pogo. The email will show whether suspension come from wayfarer or no.
If you can play Pokemon Go, you didn’t get a permanent ban. It is however a common problem that Niantic needs to manually reactivate Wayfarer (after a 30 day ban) . So maybe that is the problem.

If your suspension has been served then it is simply,y a case of the wayfarer restriction being lifted manually.

Providing there are no other infringements for a year after your sanction tge offence will be regarded as spent and you will have a fresh start.
I think it’s been about a year since I’ve been on Wayfarer. It wasn’t until the Go Fest in Copenhagen and the Wayfarer booth—when they held the quiz—that I realized my 30-day ban had turned into a permanent ban.
Staff presence is usually reduced over the weekend period. I would suggest giving it another 24 hours at most and you will likely have this issue fixed by then.
