However, the day before “GO Fest 2026” was held, our account suspension was lifted. We were overjoyed that our appeal was successful, and we participated in the event and enjoyed all three days together. We also purchased additional options and paid for raid passes
However, the game I was able to play this morning suddenly started displaying a message this afternoon saying “Your account has been permanently suspended,” and I can no longer play it. What could be happening to my account?
I don’t want to be too suspicious, but I can’t help but wonder if they reactivated the already suspended account in an attempt to extort more money from it, or if they simply didn’t want to refund the event tickets
Please investigate why our account has been suspended again and let us know the reason. We haven’t received an email.

Was the suspension due to wayfarer activity? You would receive emails about which submissions/reviews were causing the suspension.
If not then it is a ban for gameplay and the wayfarer team can’t help and you need to go through the Pokémon Go support.

This is a Wayfarer forum, so while sometimes the staff will be able to share more detail on what caused a Wayfarer suspension, be aware that if your suspension didn’t originate from Wayfarer and is related to Pokémon GO violations, the staff here won’t be able to do anything for you and you are better off contacting Pokémon GO support.
Yes, it was a suspension due to my activity on Wayfarer two months ago. I received an email stating, “Our team’s internal investigation has revealed that your recent actions violated one or more of our policies. As a result of this violation, your Wayfarer account and Niantic Games account have been permanently suspended.” However, since my account was reinstated, I have reflected on my actions and have not engaged in any Wayfarer activities since.

My own account was reactivated after an appeal a month ago. The problem is with three of my family members’ accounts that were suspended again today. I can provide screenshots of those accounts if needed

We contacted them, but received an AI response like the one above, and they didn’t seem to understand what we were saying. Are there any other contact methods? As @NianticAaron has said, if they can create accounts on the forum and post, then the wayfarer team can discuss their issues with them. They aren’t allowed to discuss it with you as you are not the account owner.

No one is ignoring the issue.
It is very basic personal data protection to only discuss an account issue with the person whose account it is.
Although you may know someone well you are not that person.
A third person, you, can not be involved in the other accounts status.
The situation is easily resolved by those individuals logging in to this forum and asking themself.

Everyone can log into this forum. When your Pokemon Go account and Wayfarer account is suspended, you can still log in here.
We see this when someone has been suspended and is appealing against this,. or when someone has served a suspension and their wayfarer has not been restored. In both cases, they post into this forum.
if they are having problems logging in, please post the details including screenshots (or DM to Niantic if they have set one up).
