The rejection reason will be on your contribution page. “Wayfarer criteria” and an email that says “our team” mean the ML (machine learning ai) model has rejected it. Can you find the reasons and post them?
The reason I ask is to see if this is an issue of getting it past automatic rejection by the ML (machine learning ai) model or if it is convincing the community that it is not just a generic business.

Okay. If ML is rejecting something, I usually recommend taking a photo with a clearer focus. But your photo is beautifully framed and in sharp focus, and I don’t see a way to improve that. Possibly crop it to square so there is less background but idk.
Get some more opinions before doing this because I have never submitted a bike rental, but this may be one you have to appeal. You get 2 appeals, each on a 20 day counter to get them back, so choose carefully. If you do appeal, be sure to emphasize how this encourages exercise and exploration. If there is anything interesting you can add to the appeal statement, put it in there. For example, if the citizens of Wauwatosa petitioned to get this here, or if it has been featured for local tourism, anything like that.

I couldn’t locate your supporting commentary but you need to clearly show why your nomination meets the qualifying wayspot criteria (in particular being social with others , exercise and promoting exploration) and why it should not be treated as a generic corporate business. In your supporting commentary, I would include references to social media, business website and reviews to further support your argument.
Something like this…… “The business has highly positive reviews through social media and review channels such as Google where it has an average of *** out of 5 star rating (based on **** reviews) and has *** Followers on Facebook. Website - ****”
