This cell has been used for Niantic “Sponsored” stops in PoGo until GO Fest ended, and currently is host to 3x waypoints (2x showing in Ingress). Of these, 2 have been my own nominations, however the cell appears to be blocked and does not produce a Pokéstop.
Other forum cases suggest it may just be a bug to be resolved Niantic side - I’d like to bring light to this cell please! 
There was a similar one in Cardiff where there had been a sponsored stop, and once it had been removed the cell did not behave normally and a pokestop did not come through.
I have applied a fix. You should see an eligible Wayspot appear in a few days.

Sorry to re-open the issue, but no changes have appeared yet after a week. Am I too impatient or is additional action required?

It appears I spoke too soon - the “Tree Plaque” waypoint appeared in Pokémon Go but has since disappeared again (I’m guessing it went with the sync).
TBH, I was afraid it might. I have made another change. Let’s see if that works. I’ll file a bug if it doesn’t.

It arrived after your latest change, but has again disappeared…
If the “Tree Plaque” waypoint is causing the issue then I have grounds for removal (permanently removed), I just haven’t started that process yet 
Give it one more day, please and you should have a Wayspot appear on the gameboard. Thank you for your patience while we try to resolve it.
Following-up on this request. Did the last changes work? Is the Wayspot live?
