Not just a slab of concrete with a view (actually I might try that angle
)But it was a canon emplacement to watch over Padstow harbour and the nearby airfields.
The National Trust seem determined to wipe this off the map as they return Trevose Head back to nature.

Go with Canon Emplacement with a View and merge the best bits.
That concrete definitely says it is something historic, so although I would prefer a different photo (the features of the concrete want to be prominent), it should have been an easy win.
Unfortunately, Padstow isn’t exactly on your doorstep
