I frequently go to the Gym so this could help me a lot to find new people to play pogo with.
Can these go throw anyhow? Any suggestion fornite to be approved?
Is there anything close to a Gym that night work as a wayspot?

You need to be patient and let the photos load.
But essentially the roundabout is a no as it lacks pedestrian access.
A gym should be fine, so it will be interesting to see if the photos caused an issue.
In the right circumstances, possibly. Roundabouts are generally unsafe for pedestrians to reach the center of (which is what I imagine your referring to) and therefore would often be rejected for safe access. However, something like the Arc de Triomphe which sits in a massive roundabout, has tunnel access for pedestrians to access it safely.
I would agree with that - some roundabouts are large and have crossing points built for access, and in that situation it wouldn’t be an ineligible location, but many are considered ineligible if they dont have that

Which Is a shame 'cause people don’t really Need to get over It to get the pokestop, u can spin It from the sidewalk..

Very few roundabouts are eligible regarding criteria as they don’t meet any (ignoring the accessibility problem).
Some larger roundabouts have features contained within them that are eligible and accessible. This generally has nothing to do with them being roundabouts.
I have shown on another thread that we have a local roundabout that does have pedestrian crossings. There is a plaque on there (not sure what for).
All the connecting roads have crossings but nothing over to the roundabout. Even when I was younger and faster I didn’t like to cross to the roundabout but people still do.
Didn’t feel right encouraging people to cross, then I checked the cells and it is already occupied by the pub opposite so another reason not to…
I don’t understand the point you are making here. I have submitted points of interest in roundabouts with pedestrian access. A roundabout was suggested as the point of interest, which is what I was failing to see.
I think I kinda sidetracked the intent of the op and took the roundabout question in isolation from the whole and started us down a roundabout tangent.

Is there anyway to check all wayspots in Niantic?
'cause most of the time I take the pics and make the nominations at home. The problem? When I propose a far away waystop I never know whether It exists or not. 'cause while checking on the in-game map It doesnt show either waystop nor already existing pokestops out of a certain radius!
2. Do u know at what time an approved wayspot becomes a waystop on Niantic? And at what time It becomes a Pokestop? And at what time (if the right Number of pokestop has been reached: 2/6/20) a pokestop turns into a Gym?

It wasn’t a point as such, just an example where the roundabout does have access and it does have a POI (the plaque) that may be eligible. Was just making conversation.
As a location that in my opinion I have always thought was strange that they haven’t removed the access on the roundabout which meant I didn’t feel easy nominating it. If it came up for review I would accept as it’s obvious the council believe it’s safe. Checking the cells it would not be a stop / gym as it’s occupied cell so even less reason to nominate.
So my only point was that I personally don’t believe getting every waypoint on the map would make the game better so I wasn’t going to nominate something that I had doubts with just because it meets criteria but I wouldn’t Reject if someone else did.
Reasons the access surprises me.
They have installed crossings at the junctions but nothing on to the roundabout.
Due the elongated shape drivers speed up more than normal.
There is a bus stop on the roundabout so you get drivers switching lanes quickly.
4 connecting roads are 40mph.
The other exit, people are concentrating getting to the chip shop
