A) A screenshot of your nomination, including rejection reasons if it has already been rejected
B) Include the title, description, both photos, and supplemental information

The wording on that abuse rejection is bad. It is usually something like using a third party photo or misplacing the pin. Did you do anything like that?
The “Abuse” rejection narrative can be flagged for a nomination for any of the following reasons
The photo is not yours (e.g., taken from streetview, found on another website)
The photo is fake
The waypoint is fake
The text itself is abusive
The nomination is controversial and likely to be offensive (e.g., a mural of terrorists)
Another nomination was abusive and all of yours have been flagged as a consequence
The wayspot location pin is misplaced
The wayspot is deliberately misrepresented (e..g., on school property but pretending it isn’t)
The wayspot is of something that is definitely not eligible and shouldn’t have been proposed (even if it’s in the list of categories)
(there may be others)
Don’t worry about the phrasing of the abuse narrative, just try and work out which of these is the cause.

I’m definitely sure that my picture is real, text is a subtle joke about jujutsu kaisen in latam community (Itadori is associated with a roost).
The only thing I can imagine it could be qualified as “abuse” is misplace the wayspot? Is it possible for me to share that, and you take a look?
Although it would be harsh, but that’s the only thing possible? I really don’t know. It’s vague, and happened before. Only difference is that one I was allowed to appeal, and this is directly rejected
You can appeal any submission you make, but you only get two appeals, each on a 14 day timer. So if you have used both appeals in the last two weeks you’ll need to wait to be able to appeal. However, in this situation you might be better off resubmitting with a more neutral description
All right, fair enough. I’ve seen a lot of small jokes here and there with graffities in my town; so I didn’t thought about being an innapropiate nomination.

You shouldnt use existing wayspot as precedent. Sometimes it just pass through reviewer that doesnt understand/dont care about the joke or it might also incorrectly auto accepted in the past.
