As shown in the Title, i do no understand why this Pokestop gets rejected, in fact all my Pokestops get rejected… i studied those Rules like a month and there is litterally no reason for it to be rejected, its not a “normal” Hut, neither is it on private property or something.
People get Pokestops from Boring “Stop-Signs” without any description or get a freaking Mc Donalds Pokestop, this is such a weird AI decision.

First off, McDonald’s has a sponsorship with PoGo to have stops/gyms at their locations in several countries around the world. These were not nominated by users, rather McDonald’s paid for the stops/gyms to be placed. In return, PoGo can add new play locations to the map, and McDonald’s gets to advertise themselves in the game, as well as hope to attract customers. It’s a business deal that no one here has a say in.
As for this nomination, I don’t see how it meets the criteria of being a great place to be social, to exercise, and/or explore. I also feel that it may be a sensitive location, as people are coming here for free food that the farmer is providing, and in some places, people may not always feel comfortable accepting free food, or even feel ashamed. Food pantries typically aren’t eligible because of the nature of the service they provide to a community.
I’ve recommended it because its a cool looking Hut, if thats not a recommendation, how can there be Stop Signs assigned to be a pokestop or electrical boxes for example, am i going to meet new people on those?

Ich finde super, dass du deine Wayfarer Reise mit dem studieren der Kriterien begonnen hast.
Wenn ich deine Nominierung anschaue, und
@DTrain2002 hat ja schon gute Rückmeldungen gegeben, dann frage ich mich, ob diese Hütte nicht auf dem Feld des Bauern steht. Farmland ist nämlich, genau wie privates Wohnen für eine Familie, nicht erlaubt.
Sollte dieser Grünstreifen jedoch der “Gehweg” sein und die Hütte ist nicht für Bedürftige gedacht, sondern alle sind immer willkommen, dann solltest du all diese Dinge in deine nächsten Nominierung einfließen lassen.
Zu deiner Frage wegen gewöhnlichen Stopschildern usw. gilt am allerbesten sich an die Regel zu halten: orientiere dich nie an bereits vorhandenen wayspots.
Es kann sein, dass sie so alt sind, dass es noch wenig Regeln gab.
Es kann sein, dass sie durch das community voting geschlüpft sind und fälschlich akzeptiert wurden.
Und wenn etwas einmal auf der Karte ist, dann gibt es nur wenig Gründe um es wieder entfernen zu lassen (zB Schule, oder Privatgrundstück).
