Can't use my UPGRADE

I have 3 UPGRADE but i can’t use it. Why?

Nominations need to be 24 hours old before upgrade is allowed.

Give it 24 hours…. gives you the opportunity to check, recheck and check again before you upgrade…. also gives ML the chance to see your nomination without you wasting an upgrade.
