Por exemplo ter acesso a algum site que ajude a esclarecer dúvidas, se uma pessoa colocou um tópico errado colocar no tópico certo e etc, ajudar com problemas ou dúvidas mais complexas

What do you want to help with? There are many folks here that jump on to answer questions about Wayfarer. They mostly revolve around understanding eligibility, best tips for nominations, and reviewing.
If you are knowledgeable and comfortable in any or all of those topics, feel free to help.
Things like Moderation can only be handled by Niantic employees or the Wayfarer Ambassadors.

You can’t physically do moderating yourself, but if you find something that needs to be addressed my a moderator, you can tag one… or if its something more serious, you can flag the message to staff.

Once the Agreements counter reaches 100%, you will receive one Upgrade and it will reset back to 0. You can read more about Agreements and Upgrades here: Agreements & Upgrades — Wayfarer Help Center

Each year new Wayfarer Ambassadors are chosen. We help the Niantic employees with moderating as part of our role.
If you are very interested you could apply next time to be an Ambassador. They look for people across the world to fill the slots.
I recommend being active daily here and helping respond to questions.
Additionally before I became an Ambassador I read up on everything I could. I read the forums, Wayfarer subreddit, and the wayfarer discussion discord. I wanted to make sure I understood as many of the details as I could. Then as I started feeling comfortable I started helping other people with their questions.
