Redeemed upgrades

I need help, I have reviewed more than 834 proposals for pokestops of which 181 have been accepted and they have only given me two improvements for my proposals. I would like to know how I can get them to give me more improvements since no matter how much I review proposals, they don’t give me a new one and things like that make me lose interest in helping Niantic Wayfarer

I could be wrong but it’s an upgrade for every 100 agreements :+1:t2:

Hello @XXLUDWINXX

It’s great that you are reviewing way spot submissions. This both helps you and other people that nominate.

There are two of the five Niantic games that allow nominations by experienced players. Ingress and Pokémon Go allow you to nominate Wayspots. I know the games say otherwise, but that is because they are trying to keep game immersion.

But your question is about reviewing. You should review based on eligibility (great place to be social with others, great place to exercise, great place to explore). Each nomination is shown to many reviewers. You may review it quickly, but it takes a long time for everyone to review it. In between your responses and other people it is in limbo. Limbo can impact your score until you get an agreement or a disagreement.

Hello and welcome,

As previously mentioned, you receive 1 upgrade for every 100 agreements. You only receive agreements on Wayspot submissions you review, not edits or photo reviews. More info can be found here:

It can, at times, take awhile for an agreement to be reached by Niantic for a Wayspot submission, and, unfortunately, they don’t disclose the number of votes a submission needs before an agreement is reached. Here’s where my reviews currently sit, to give you an idea:

Even though I have a large number of outstanding reviews to be decided upon, I’m still getting upgrades, as agreements can come at anytime. Submissions from your review area that aren’t upgraded may take longer, whereas those that have been upgraded may be decided upon sooner. I live in an area with very few reviewers, so it can take some time for agreements to be made on those ones.
