Como posso remover pokestop que não existe?

Welcome to the forum!

There are many ways to remove a nonexisting Pokestop. There is in game reporting from the pokestop - you may have to be level 38 to see this menu but am not sure - and there are two reporting forms linked at that the top here.

I like to use the “Reporting Abuse” form because I find it easier to use with questions that match what I am trying to report better. Niantic has told me that they would decide if any abuse has been committed. If you can’t see the link, it is this

Reporting Abuse in Wayfarer — Wayfarer Help Center

Others prefer to use the form linked under “Wayspot Removals” and this is the one that help chat will direct folks to use:

Reporting a Wayspot — Wayfarer Help Center

The problem with that form is that the selection items don’t always match what I am trying to do. Just pick something, then explain the issue. The email which acknowledges that your report has been received may ask for your credentials as property owner, even if you said that you are not. Do not reply to that email. Wait until a team member contacts you.

With either method, you can supply more evidence that the location does not exist: links to articles and location tagged photos.

I did not suggest using help chat, because every time I ask them to do a removal, they redirect me to the form.

Edited to add a screenshot from help chat recommending I use the form

Hello @288383838

The first step is to report from your game. Both Ingress and Pokemon Go allow players to report a no longer existing wayspot.

Niantic will send you an email in a few days if they have decided to remove the wayspot or not. Sometimes they don’t have enough information so the opt to keep it. If this happens you can come back to the forum with your email and provide additional evidence and explanation of how/why the wayspot no longer exists.

Hope this help! And feel free to ask us more if you need.

For none existing wayspots many recommend downloading a camara app that displays the GPS Co-ordinates on the image, this is evidence that you are in the right location.

I keep seeing people recommend this, and it is good to let people know this is an option, but I have never needed to add anything to the location tagged photos my Samsung S22 takes.

The GPS Images are more if the edit has already been refused.

I had a couple of POIs at a brand new service station that wasn’t on maps. Niantic moved them after I sent GPS Images.
