I have this sign close to my house and I have submitted it for a wayspot and was declined. I am not sure why.

Apart from the reason (Stork) this just looks like a standard Warning Sign and will be deemed as infrastructure.
I dont think that sign fit exploration/exercise/socialize category
I guess. But I would put it under exploration. Seeing a rare bird that only is a couple of in Denmark
Personally i wont submit such sign. If you really believe it fit wayfarer criteria, you are free to submit them (obviously you need to give more information on how this fit exploration category) but if it get rejected, i recommend you to let it go and move on. Dont kept on spam nominate it , hoping it will get approved somehow. Spamming low quality nomination is subject to abuse ladder system.
I wouldn’t submit this to be honest. This is just an infrastructure sign and also mass produced. It’s a warning sign by design saying “Beware of the Stork”. So it isn’t a sign of exploration, but a warning sign.
