Create pokestops

Good morning, afternoon or evening to you.
My writing will be brief, but I would like to know your consideration for proposing pokestops on a golf course. Being a large course and considered a sport course, do you think it is possible to accept pokestops for each hole to be considered, plus some signage, kiosks, paths and artificial fountains. I remain attentive to your answers.

Welcome @pelitostime
This is quite straightforward as there is a specific criteria clarification that explains why this isn’t appropriate.

Do also read the other sections of the clarifications and ask more questions if you want advice on other places.

Good [morning/afternoon/evening] to you as well. Thank you for your question regarding proposing Pokéstops on a golf course. As a large and well-regarded sports course, it is indeed possible to consider having Pokéstops placed strategically throughout the course. However, it is important to ensure that each Pokéstop offers unique and interesting features, such as signage, kiosks, paths, and artificial fountains, to enhance the overall experience for players. Additionally, if there are any exceptional restaurants or notable artifacts within the golf course, incorporating them as Pokéstops could further enhance the appeal. Ultimately, the key is to ensure that the proposed Pokéstops add value and excitement to the players’ experience.

As the clarification guidelines state it is possible for objects within the golf course area to be considered. These need to meet the normal eligibility criteria.
So a range of things are possible just not the actual play areas tees, fairway, green etc so as not to interefere or be unsafe.
It sounds as though you are aware but also for benefit of anyone else, when submitting you are submitting something to be a wayspot not a pokestop. Once in the database it may be selected to be used in Pokémon Go or any other game. It’s important to remember this and be aware of the selection criteria for Go or you may end up frustrated.

Thank you for sharing your experience and perspective as a player of Pokémon Go. It’s important to consider both the gameplay aspects and the real-life safety concerns when submitting locations to be considered as wayspots. By understanding the selection criteria and guidelines for Pokémon Go, you can ensure that the locations you submit are suitable and meet the necessary requirements. It’s great to see your dedication to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for yourself and the community. Let’s continue learning and growing together.

I assumed it was someone using AI to write their responses? It definitely reads like it isnt written entirely by a person

Surely a bot or AI would spell knowledge correctly?

I assumed that the short posts were typed by the person independently, but that they used the AI helper for the longer posts?

I think that would be a great idea. It is a sports area, it would draw attention to the area and bring prospective attention to the area that it otherwise would not otherwise get. Good luck!

Welcome @Nonya1969

Just a reminder, while we all want more wayspots - things already need to be a Great place for people to socialize, explore, or exercise.

Unfortunately it’s not a platform to make something interesting, it already needs to meet criteria.

Not saying that this area doesn’t meet criteria, just want to make it clear what is expected.

Hello @Nonya1969
If you are referring to a golf or disc golf course there is specific information as to what is allowable which is limited.
