Critical sync error in Leżajsk - Accepted nominations not appearing for 9 days

Hello, I am reporting a critical synchronization issue in Leżajsk, Poland. Three of my nominations have been accepted, but none of them have appeared in any Niantic game Pokémon GO
even after “adjustments” from support.

The missing Wayspots are:

1. Cukiernia i Lodziarnia Rafaello – Accepted: April 12 (9 days ago)
2. Trzepak osiedlowy** – Accepted: April 17
3. Tablica Informacyjna Mieszkańców – Accepted: April 19
   Location coordinates: 50.26127, 22.41589

I already contacted support via chat about ‘Rafaello’. They replied that “adjustments were made,” but 4 days later the point is still invisible. Even the existing Pokéstop ‘Boisko’ nearby is not visible on the Ingress map, which suggests a total sync freeze in this area.Please manually force a synchronization for these Wayspots or check if there is a technical blockage for this location.

But there is a school and police station? Is tgat correct because if they were on those they wouldn’t be Eligible.

Ingress and Wayfarer are no longer part of the same company.

Nothing nominated through Wayfarer since May 2025 will appear on the Ingress Maps.

To be crystal clear: the Police station is far away from here. These nominations have nothing to do with it. Also, “Cukiernia Rafaello” is a local business that is open to everyone – it’s a public place, not a restricted area.The same goes for the other spots (Trzepak and Tablica) – they are located in a public residential area accessible to any pedestrian. There is no school or police property on these specific plots.

Someone like @elijustrying will be able to show you what I mean when I say that they’re in the same level 17 s2 cell as those other Pokéstops or Gyms.

I have this written up for when I see a wheresmypokestop question. I know the in-game prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Web Submit form does use the word “wayspot” instead. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. In short, sync is fine and everything is working as expected, but your wayspots simply don’t meet the proximity requirements to become Pokéstops or Gyms in Pokémon Go.

Only 1 Pokestop or Gym in each cell.
