- Additional Information (if any): The portal still exists and it was wrongfully removed. I would like for you to put it back in the game and punish who ever summited it as non existent

I would suggest not speculating as to who or which group of users requested the removal of your wayspot as you really don’t know for sure. Niantic have been removing certain types of Graffiti from various locations as they could be deemed as vandalism, in the sense that they are not commissioned art or art that is santioned by the local council (e.g. graffiti walls, etc that are funded by the tax payers for the use of posting art).
I suspect that this won’t get readded, but look forward to seeing the response from Niantic.

I have removed the speculation over the reasons for removal.
It is important in appeals that you stick to the facts as to the existence of the object and other factors such as eligibility.
