Did the ability to see nearby wayspots from the nominating screen go away?

Yes we have tried waiting a bit - a friend lives in one of the apartments next to the park that’s the dead zone, last night she put the phone on charge and loaded the nomination screen, went for a shower and 20 minutes later still no toggle option.

It doesn’t affect the ability to submit - the map (both satellite and street) loads fine, just no POIs showing up.

We could try waiting overnight to see if it loads, but realistically, if it takes longer than about two minutes to load, there’s an issue.

Thank you for the report and apologies for the situation. We had a backend issue that we fixed earlier today. We are working on a mitigation plan to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
We confirmed the situation should be resolved for all games/apps and platforms providing nearby locations (Wayfarer App and Pokémon Go).

Now Thibs updated their post. One day Ingress will get nearby Wayspots showing up. :sob:

Would be very useful for those in Brazil & India and similar locations where 4sq imports are removed from that game but not from Lightship.
