Has it always been a red exclamation against a black background, and I just noticed? Or did it recently change?
I’m glad it’s not just me. My mobile browser sometimes acts up and displays things weirdly, and I thought it was doing it again, but if you’re experiencing it too, then I know it’s not my phone for once
Ahh… I had another open tab and it had the stacked speech balloons.
Compared to the favicon used on the main portion of wayfarer, I’m not a fan of this new one. It is cut off on the top. Or at least right against the top; no margin.
I suppose it used to appear as a black spot (gray on black)? So the new one is a bit more meaningful…
It is now no longer showing the black background for me.
Same!
It should be fixed now. Reload the page and let us know if it persists.
Edit: I forgot to reload this page before commenting…
Ahhh. I didn’t mind the red on black. Just that it was chopped off.
Now I can’t easily tell which tab is which thing. :-<
I would have never noticed this.
Did you click on the 3 lines to bring the categories/tags section back to the side? That controls the sidebar.
Glad its fixed… but can we find something different?
One of these tabs is Wayfarer site and the other this forum… I would love to be able to tell them apart.
the screenshot is my browser tabs
I am blessed with 2 different ones
Ah, browser tabs. Yes, I have 1 open for Wayfarer right now, 1 for the forums, and 1 for the Help Center:
i have too many tabs open… so i dont get the text
Isn’t that the right way? You never know what you’ll find when you click on those tabs!
You’ve got a point though, as you can easily hide the text for a tab in your browser settings, so if you don’t know which is which because of similar favicons, that can be confusing.
Oh I closed the tab between them. That is annoying. They are both always open.
lazy option would be that the forum one gets a speech bubble with the wayfarer pin inside as the logo so at least something’s different
Hmm…the forum decided to show me this post again. It is better with the different symbols
