Disc golf tees/holes

This whole park is full of disc golf tees and holes. Golf (ball or disc variety) is supposed to be treated as one waypoint for the entire course correct? Then please remove these duplicates.

Both sports are great ways to exercise and socialize. Wayfarer regards the whole course/play area in each sport as one field of play. This means there should be one Wayspot, which could be the first tee or a marker at the start to represent the whole course. The individual start and end points of each section of the course should not be submitted. There is potential that other qualifying objects exist within the large area of a course. I am following with great interest.

The criteria is not new, but the clear, concise, and locatable stating of it is. These were never eligible. But I have never been able to get any removed when reported. And as soon as one individual hole gets in game, it leads to an avalanche of others being submitted and accepted.

After tabulating all the rejections and going back to the map I discovered 3 more that I missed. Also I did not request removal on one of them “Disc Golf #2” so that it could serve as the waypoint for the course.

Oh yes. Following as well. During the challenge I came across different areas with all baskets and tees put in. Typically I found this as the nomination was for a final basket or tee/starting area.
It was a big annoyance doing this via the wayspot removal tab reporting each one. I never received a final answer. Second attempt was to mention them all on one request but only the noted coordinates with asterik were removed. Forget the rest.
The reason more are being nominated is they are clearly being approved, or were for that matter.

I have a follow up question to this topic - if individual disc golf holes are not eligible as POIs why do I see appeals for disc golf holes being approved by Niantic? Shouldn’t there be some consistency for the community?

Please post an example of a disc golf hole approved by Niantic. Disc Golf is a great activity, and a single hole submitted to represent the whole course could be acceptable. In addition, a stand-alone single that is not part of a course could be acceptable.
