Under Review (Niantic) rejection reason is wrong

I submitted late last year for a meeting place used in public rental housing. It is used primarily by a homeowner’s association made up of residents; about 3 months later it changed to Under Review (Niantic) status and I subsequently received a notice of rejection. Curiously, the reason for rejection of the meeting house was a generaic business. So I came up with a hypothesis of one bug. I wondered if all the reasons for rejection in Under Review (Niantic) might be showing up as generic busines…
