I just kept talking because they only told me the border fence and wall of k-12 and they didn’t tell me if they approved it or not for the other side. It’s not an answer to what I’m asking, so I asked the same.

Afaik, as long its not in school ground/fence, its eligible. Assuming the path doesnt belong to the school and the mural is located on wall for another building, its should be ok.

So what I don’t understand is the picture above (the picture is just an example that doesn’t have to do with whether it’s a candidate or not).
The fact that the approval of the mural (the wall of the apartment complex) on the left or the mural (the wall of the school boundary) on the right is the difference between being a candidate for Wayspot on the basis of K-12 or not. I don’t understand the difference between safety and security. Just because it’s on K-12…
U dont need to understand why. Personally i just accept it. I doubt its gonna change anyway. If i see it in school ground /wall, just pass .there are many other thing to submit.
