Los wayspots aceptados y superan más de las 48 horas que se convierte o dónde van? Cuándo se superan esas horas, en mi caso, yo sugerí una a hace bastante tiempo y el día 16 de mayo y hasta el día de hoy (19 de mayo) no la he visto. Sólo por curiosidad, qué pasa con ellas? O existe un método para recuperarla?

Are you expecting to see the wayspot as a portal in Ingress or as a pokestop/gym in Pokémon Go?
Because there are changes in Wayfarer at the moment the time for an approved wayspot to appear as a portal is variable.
For Pokémon Go it should still appear within 48 hours.
If it hasn’t appeared then it is likely that it has not meet the selection rules to show in Go. These are explained in this useful article.

If you provide the title of the wayspot and the location ( co ordinates are good) we will try to check however because of the changes in syncing of data we might not be able to be certain.
Me gustaría que saliera como pokeparada, no ha salido, superó las 48h de ser aceptada. Supongo que se convertirá en un nodo energético o algo así. El punto es que basándome en los datos que proporcionaste en el link no ha tocado ningún otro cuadro de otra pokeparada.

You can verify for yourself where the Wayspot is live from the toggle in the PoGo nomination map screen if you are on site. It doesn’t work remotely. It will be one of the red exclamation marks.

Your nomination is in the same Level 17 S2 Cell as “Cancha de basketball LA 12”. The Cell can only contain one Pokéstop or one Gym, as detailed in the article shared by @elijustrying, so your wayspot will not be able to appear as a Pokéstop or Gym.

Moving wayspot away from its correct location is subject to abuse ladder system. I dont recommend you to do it.
Unfortunately once accepted you should attempt to move the wayspot to try and manipulate it to appear in a game. If it is on the object you should leave it.
It is frustrating but you are best to accept this and move on.
