Wayspot aprovado, mas não apareceu no jogo (mais de 7 dias aprovado).

Additionally to getting accepted in Wayfarer, for Pokémon GO to them include the accepted Wayspot as Pokestop or Gym, it needs to be within a free S2 Level 17 cell: https://pokemongohub.net/post/article/comprehensive-guide-s2-cells-pokemon-go/
Note that misplacement of the actual location just to make the empty cell can be penalized.
If the location of the newly accepted Wayspot and the already existing ones are already correct, there’s nothing you can do
