The LEED plaque is just a certification. Is it really something that you would go out of your way to find?
I don’t have any context for the biker. Is it just part of a business logo?
The seating area might be something to pursue. I don’t see the supporting information on that, or the location.
The seating area one is strange. It has a bench so people are expected to go there but it does look like it’s on a traffic island 
Plus I am really hoping the reason is a translation issue
