Youâve used up your text edits. (It says descriptions, but the same counter is used for titles too.)
You also get 40 photo edits, and 40 location changes.
NianticTintino said theyâd reset to 40 in the beginning, but then +2 in each of the three categories every day. (Maximum in any category is 40.)
I recommending doing some text edits AND some photo adds right away, so you can get the +2 in both, every day.
To get the tpp tier, we HAVE to also do some location edits. At least 14.
This part just made me feel like giving up entirely because I do not want to get a ban

Iâve submitted 80 of each category so far. Maybe because I jumped the startinggun and used them all up before the official start, but yesterdayâs reset maxed out all categories again. Then again, there were issues with the reset, so maybe the maxing out was just an easy thing to do?
Looking at the app, it currently says either 10 or 5 added on the next refresh (since the 10 is on both title and description, it is to make sure there are plenty for both).
I suppose weâll find out for sure in a couple of hours.
What are you talking about? I am confirming you get 40 every day. The message used to say youâll get +2 tomorrow. The highest tier is 150 edits. Iâve already done 80. I just checked my email inbox and have 67 messages from yesterday and today.

I fear that the last nightâs reset to 40 was a one-time thing, in response to the bug where we couldnât submit even if we had not done 40. Tintino said the bug was lowering our thresholds. The fix could involve setting us all back to 40.
In another reply, Tintino said we would only get +2 daily. No official word has said otherwise. Weâll see in the morning! Iâm hopeful, but trying not to be too hopeful!

I did my 40 text edits yesterday (27 hours ago now), but I have no edits available today yet. I have never maxxed them out before, is it 24 hours usually, or some other magic point in time that they refresh? At 27 hours, it should have come through no matter what the magic time was.

If youâre hoping to get to 150, youâre going to have to max out pictures as well.
If you made nominations in Ingress, and kept the key, you can look at your photo roll for that day, and use the key to submit another picture. Maybe crop the supporting picture or use another. Only for wayspots within 50-100km from you though, not far ones.
You donât even need the key, just the deep link. You can get the deep link by sharing the portal using the chain link icon. You can share to the clipboard and paste anywhere, or any number of apps (I happen to use Google Keep because it will create a new note for that, and I can add URLs to my photo app for easy finding).
Also convenient if you donât remember which capsule currently holds the key.
The counts should refresh at midnight UTC (Greenwich/London) time.
Not with the new limits set. With photo and location edits, you get 5 each a day, and for the 12 days for the challenge, thatâs 60 total, 120 for both. For text edits, you get 10 a day, which is 120 for the 12 days.
So, you could do 120 text edits and a combination of 30 photo/location edits and get to 150. You could do 60 photo edits, 40 location edits, and 50 text edits and get to 150. Just a few examples.
It took 36 hours, but I got 10 back. And it said Iâd get another 10 today. Either way, with a 27 hour delay between capping them out (it was on my way to FS so i know the time) and when I checked back, it missed a day. I did also use up all my picture edits as well. At least i hope I got those back, as I knew Iâd have a chance to sub more yesterday so I didnt push to max them out day 1 (day 1 for me, not realising thereâs a daily cap!)
