Entering Stops, Gyms etc

How do I go about Entering Stops, Gyms etc, please? I am Level 37

So first off, you don’t submit Stops or Gyms. You submit Wayspots that may become Stops or Gyms if they meet certain conditions, explained well here:

To get started, in the Pokemon Go app, go to Settings, then Uploads, and you should see the part about Wayfarer. Follow that link and carefully review the material shown you. When you finish, restart Pokemon Go and go back to that section, and you should see a “New Pokestop” button.
