I went through, at least i think i did, the tutorial for wayferer, but I’m still not seeing an option to nominate a location/ spot for a pokestop. Am i missing something?
You submit nominations and edits in game after completing the tutorial. The wayfarer website is for managing your nominations and edits.
You may need to close and restart your game before it syncs up that you have completed the wayfarer tutorial.
Also please note that despite what the in game nomination process says, you technically aren’t submitting a pokestop for Pokemon Go. You are instead submitting a wayspot for Niantic’s Lightship database, which once approved Pokemon Go will make its own determination whether to use it in game or not.

After you’ve done the onboarding & read the criteria pages in the website, reload your game and the option for nominations are in the settings > uploads.
I’d caution you that we are nominating wayspots, subject to the criteria, despite what the app text may imply. Some existing game objects may not reflect the current criteria. As such, questions are very welcome.
