The wayfarer forum is only for wayfarer related issues. If your accounts were banned because of how you interacted with wayfarer, the staff may be able to talk to you about it via DM, but if the accounts were banned for Pokémon Go related reasons, they will be unable to assist. Please also note that it’s against the ToS to have multiple accounts.
