For any nomination you make, you need to take a great photo clearly focused on the poi you are submitting - that’s the first hurdle, which is no problem based on what you showed us.
You also need to be able to convince reviewers this meets criteria as outlined here: Niantic Wayfarer
And you need to convince that it doesn’t meet any of the rejection criteria: Niantic Wayfarer
We would love to help you be successful, so please do ask for advice! I don’t think we can help with the game locations at fire stations though, as great as that would be. I so appreciate folks who do what you do!
