Post both pictures and copy the text of the title, description and supplementary information.

You’re not allowed to submit pictures with visible car-plates.
And look for easy identifyable objects instead of whole parks.

A fire hydrant doesn’t meet criteria, as having a Wayspot there would obstruct emergency services.
As for the park, I could see the AI, or Emily as we call her, rejecting it for having no sign and too much nature. Is there a sign for the park, or is it just a park and path near the building you note in the description?

Apartment buildings aren’t eligible, unless the building is historic or has unique architecture.
You may need to review the criteria guidelines, as most of your nominations do not meet criteria. Here’s some links that may help:

If the park had a sign i will take the picture but there is nothin its just una parc all park dont have one
It still doesn’t meet criteria, and really should be removed. You can request removal for obstructing emergency services in-game. More info on requesting removal can be found here:

The license plates are not the issue here. Fire hydrants do not meet criteria as having a Wayspot at 1 may obstruct emergency services. I don’t think firefighters would appreciate a bunch of PoGo players raiding a gym at 1 when trying to fight a fire.

was just to lazy to edit/remove the post. But If I can read licenseplates in the Full-Sized-Images I also vote for rejection. But the obstruction of the emergency services caaaaan maybe possibly weight a little bit more. xD
If you can show the park as an open space and is being used by people (with your supporting photo) then it’s eligible. You should look and research your town area via Google maps, it may have a name there, most parks will. Or look on your town website if it has one, or contact your local town clerk ( or equivalent to your location). Where are you submitting from? I’m happy to share some examples of my own to help you get a foundation you can work with.
