Thank you for your continued feedback and examples of instances where we didn’t quite hit the mark with your appeals. We know we’re not perfect and our team members working on appeals may have different views however that is not an excuse to not improve based on the feedback. We are in the process of updating our staff training on criteria, removals, etc in hopes to improve the community sentiment around more than just appeals. Please continue to share your feedback on your experiences as we continue improving our performance and hope to reach a good state soon.

Please note that there is no formal process for appealing an appeal decision. The decision is meant to be final. I only post on the forum when I think the decision was clearly wrong, and not just a difference of opinion.
