Fast food rifiutato

The gazebo rests on the ground of the farm… In any case, I will proceed with the request. Thank you very much for your availability.

There was a discussion recently about farmland being instance rejections. You might be able to find the thread.

There were differing opinions, but as I’m in the UK where public rights of way, with trail markers, often go through farms and across farmland, as well as a few farms having explicit public amenities, I’m of the firm opinion that the rejection for private property (These locations are not appropriate: Private property - A single family private residential property (even if historical), farmland, etc) is too generic when it comes to farmland.

I think this is intended to mean only those spaces on farms where the public are not permitted (private buildings, crops etc). Paths along field boundaries and spaces where the public are invited, even if technically farmland, are OK.

For a UK perspective…

Farms are having to diversify opening a “Farm Shop” is a common one. To encourage people to visit they may include items such play parks etc. These are likely to be open all year. These are going to be obvious with signage etc. These should be considered for “Accept”.

A farmer who just occasionally invites some locals for “tastings” I would usually “Reject”.

As for “Fast Food” I would struggle to find somewhere in the UK that had just 1.

Good luck.

It should be noted that tastings come after harvest. Which, depending on the crop, may have focused dates for the event.

That said, the permanence of the venue is questioned, not the event. The periodicity of the event is seen if constant or not, not just its frequency IMO.

IMO:

A POI that would not normally meet criteria should not be Accepted if they hold an event once or twice a year where the rest of the time they are a normal working farm.

A farm shop that opens on set days throughout the year and has other POIs to encourage people to visit is viable.

Genzano di Roma is a small town in the province, and the Burger King is the only establishment open throughout the day. There are no other fast food restaurants, from this or any other chain, in the area, making it the only food option available at any hour. It is located near several schools and is frequently visited by students, who also use it as a gathering place.

I was just stating that in the UK I don’t think you would find a place that just had 1. It’s either so rural that their is none or if it is big enough to get 1 then others will follow.

Just giving a UK view on this which shouldn’t be a worry to you as it won’t be me Voting in your area…
