my girlfriend (who doesn’t have an account on here) and I went on vacation and found a little wooden hut, which is even marked as a little church/chapel on some maps, in the parking area of the Kenzenhütte Wanderparkplatz (Kenzenhütte parking area) in Halblech, Germany. The coordinates are: "47°37’31.7"N 10°49’17.5E
We took the photos ourselves, only sharpened them for a better quality.
You can’t really see the hut on Google Streetview, because you can only see the parking area from a nearby street there, but there are photos of that little wooden chapel in the Google reviews of that area. Now, both of us received warnings/bans for fake submissions for this real location.
Photos we took of the chapel, a photo from the google reviews which show the wooden chapel in several reviews, a photo of the map which shows the chapel and screenshots from the e-mails we received from Niantic are down below. If anything else is needed, please let me know.

This doesn’t automatically mean the hut exists. As an aside, you appear to have submitted the wayspot at least three times (in addition to the ones that got the suspension) as the wayspot has three identical photos, implying it was marked as a duplicate twice.
When submitting multiple times (for a place you will have trouble returning to), it is good practice to put the duplicates on hold and then release one at a time as needed (maybe after editing the narratives).
I had no idea that I should put them on hold, but I will in the future! Thanks for letting me know.
If it’s marked as a duplicate, do I automatically get a warning for that? Guess we’ll have to learn a few things, before submitting again.
The hut exists tho. You can find several photos of it in the reviews of that area.
If i am not wrong you have strike from fake submission and 3rd party foto(malicious image submission). In your email, you can see link to appeal. You can either appeal through that link or wait till staff DM you.
Anyway we are here just to give advise on what to say to appeal team. You can chose not to say anything and wait for staff to DM you.Can you share complete detail on your nomination?

I can’t enter my submissions, because I’m blocked by the ban massage. I can see in my mails tho, that it was for a submission called Veranstaltungstafel, but I can’t remember that submission nor the photo. I’d have to wait to be able to enter to see the submission.

So, I reached out to Niantic via the ban appeal which is linked in the email, but they stated that my picture is AI generated, which is NOT. I only sharpened the picture. You aren’t even able to add pictures there to proof that they are real.
Is there anything else I can do, since no one reached out to me on here from the Niantic team?
Can you share the original foto and the sharpened foto. In future please know that because there are so many nomination using fake AI, you have to becareful with this kind of edit. Cropping is fine
Other than that, you might need to wait for staff to read here.
