The text in question just is the literal description of what It is writen in galician : Picnic área of Cronista (this is a Word that means journalist) José Espino Park. I don’t see anything ofensive thus far.
The picture I submited as a companion piece for this one was a screenshot of the later link of Google Maps. I don’t consider It to be ilegal as It just is a companion piece to the main one and wasn’t meant to be shown in-game. Also I’ve seen It many times while using this app, so I don’t see what’s wrong.
I know how the appeal process is for niantic. This probably won’t amount to anything, I have explained this in the response but these things usually fallo flat or get rejected.

Have you recieved a series of emails and this particular submission was given as an example?

You have said that one of the supplementary pictures was a screenshot.
Did you take the main picture yourself? And have you posted that picture anywhere on the internet?
The warning was for an incorrect location, based upon the link you gave, this is correct, the right location however is occupied, and it is very common to receive a warning if the wayspot was put in the wrong location, especially if the correct location is occupied, and the location used for the nomination was empty
The red lines are the cells used to establish if a wayspot will show in the game. The red marker is the spot that I see, when I follow the link that you gave., and indeed the wayspot should not be there, but in the park just below that.
And yes, it did say that the location was bad, it said the wayspot does not exist at the location that you used,
Do you have the confirmation email from when you originally submitted this nomination?
Towards the bottom of that email, below the two pictures you submitted, you should see a set of coordinates like (42.233121,-8.701212). It would be useful for us to see these coordinates and compare them to what we can see on the map, given that the appeal reviewer seems to think that your nomination was not in the correct place.
It seems like you submitted the wayspot at an incorrect location, which would have caused it to become a live pokestop in Pokemon Go, when the correct location would have been blocked from appearing as a live pokestop.
I am carefull, It has to be a mistake. I would have faked this becouse I just wanted to ad another stop fr the people in the game, I thought I was putting the marker in the park, maybe while scrolling down went Up, I don’t really known.

They allways do this, It wasn’t done on purpose, I didn’t now why I was being banned till you guys told me here the stuff about the locations error. This has all been a mistake, I didn’t intend to cheat, I was adding a spot to my community.
I just want to play Pokémon go With my husband and my friend group. This nomination wasn’t helping me directly. I want to enjoy this game but the punishment I feel is unwarranted.
I posted It here. I just want to enjoy my free time playing Pogo with some great people. If what It takes IS for me to never touch wayfarer again, great.

The punishment is a warning. You need to wait it out and then be more careful when you return.
It’s reasonably difficult to misplace something by 40 meters, which is the length of approximately 2 or 3 houses, although smaller errors can be seen as equally abusive.
If you mean Niantic always treat location errors as abuse and suspend the player, this is not true, but it is something that does often need to happen, otherwise people will deliberately abuse the system without any comeback.
Unfortunately, this is also exactly the same as what would be said by someone that did mean to cheat but got caught.
What do you recommend Niantic do to determine which are genuine mistakes and those that are not?
I never accept “signal problems” / “GPS Drift” as excuses as GPS only gets you to where you are stood, it is down to you to then move the map accordingly.
You also get time to be able to check on Wayfarer and “Withdraw” if required.
The Recommendation is always “Check, Check and Check again”.
As this is a 30 day suspension which can be due to a single “offence” it is usually preceded by a 1 day warning. Have you had such a warning in the last year?
