Now that wayfarer is being disconnected from Ingress, will the upgrades gained during this event and old ones be added to the new Ingress wayfarer?
They haven’t disconnected Ingress from wayfarer yet. Only new submssions and edits have been disabled for agents. Sync is also still going on.

We can’t submit nominations anymore so guessing wayfarer is next, and that still leaves the question, what will happen to our upgrades?
Help in Ukraine is needed. Many new wayspots and pending edits (mostly titles and descriptions) are on hold, as the local community is changing the language to Ukrainian.
Chrome instant translation helps understand what is written in Ukrainian and isn’t. If you still have doubts, copy the text and query Chatgpt about what is written in Ukrainian. Could you help them? Thank you.

I hope the number of appeals will be increased during the challenge. Many play both PokemonGo and Ingress, and submitted thinking they would affect both games. Many who only play one game just want their gameboard to be as complete as possible.
As of now the gameboards are both affected by nominations submitted via either game. Nothing has changed on that front. Only submissions and edits being disabled in ingress.
Exactly what I said. Ingress agents would like to be able to appeal rejections before the split. PokemonGo trainers would like more wayspots, better pictures, and corrected text - even if it came from Ingress agents. Many play both. The window of getting improvements to both games is small. Appeals earned next month will be too late.
They haven’t given an exact date of the cutoff to where nominations of either game sync to ingress and vise versa. It is only speculation until they announce an official date is posted.
How many reviews is required to get the Opr live medal? I have checked all the discussion but found nothing about it.
That hasn’t been released yet. And, yes, I agree, we should see it soon.
I’m hoping the rewards will be worth it… both both Ingress and Pogo players. I’m not worried about the OPR live medal, as I play more Pogo. I already have the Platinum Wayfarer medal in Pogo. So something that motivate me to review.
