And if you reached individual tier 3 this time, you also got a tick on your OPR badge. However, they are speaking about the Recon badge, as they also mentioned the PoGo agreement badge. They also mentioned 10,000, which is the top tier for the Recon badge, not OPR.
We actually do not know if the OPR or Recon badges will be retired, as nothing has been announced.

I don’t speak for staff, but can tell you that the last one was a disaster that had to be cut short. They ran out of nominations we could review. They will have to come up with a different kind of challenge in order to have another one.
In my eyes, the non-reviewing challenge for submitting edits was also a disaster. Many people got slapped with warnings for spam for submitting what we thought were good edits, and many others did submit spam.
