Welcome to the forum! Back when I began my journey as an explorer, nomination could take well over 2 years to be decided. The speed of your review will depend on how many reviewers are active in your review zone, how easy to decide your nomination is, and whether you have used an upgrade that you can earn by reviewing yourself. They seem to go into internal review if they are over 3 months old without a decision nowadays. You can see the current status of your nomination on your contributions …
