My perspective on the iceberg meme is: 1) it’s old so some of the information is out of date, but 2) it shows the difference between what a typical PGO player thinks happens “on the surface” of Wayfarer and what a Wayfinder really is involved with all under the surface. I laugh when it gets down to the bottom of the iceberg and the Wayfinder asks themselves, “Why am I even doing this?” If you haven’t asked yourself that question at least once, then you haven’t been fully immersed in Wayfarer.
The calendar one is old as well and could probably be updated for the Ingress crowd based on the current pause to their portal submission/review system right now. Unfortunately, a lot of the people on this forum are too new to understand that one.

I thought J’s made perfect sense.
But also I love Matt Smith & when I read it, hear his voice saying the lines, and know context of the scene (not particularly important but eases confusion that there is nothing critically important).
Anyway I guess I am in the 0.83%. 
I know you were trying to be funny with meme #1. But you can’t be upset because the Wayfarer team applies the criteria more firmly and directly than the Pokemon Go team. Submitting nominations that result in a ban has nothing to do with Spoofers.

I just find spoofing a much more serious offense than a nomination that is moved a bit far or a 3rd party photo. That’s it.
You may not be wrong, although misplacing POI’s is pretty bad, but give the Wayfarer team props for handling business. They have nothing to do with the Pokemon team and it’s up to the GO team to manage spoofers.
