I’ve been waiting for 5 months for the evaluation of my two Wayspots that I sent and the status is “vote pending”
How long can it take? Is there a way to speed up the process?

How long it takes varies so much that it is hard to give you an estimate. Five months is not unusual. If you review other nominations yourself, you could help reduce the backlog to help other reviewers get to your nomination. Plus, you can earn an upgrade to put on your own nomination that is supposed to send it to a wider audience and that should help get a faster decision.
Be aware that there have been reports from some parts of the world that upgrades don’t seem to be working right. But if you plan to review to earn one, you should turn Automatically Apply Upgrades to “Off” in settings so that you can apply any upgrade you earn to the nomination of your choice.
It is on by default.
